"March to a Different Drummer"

402 “City of Winnipeg” Squadron Pipes and Drums Band is an authorized reserve band with over 50 years of service to the RCAF, the Air Force, the Canadian Forces and Canada. The band has preformed not only in Canada but the U.S. and Europe.

The Pipes and Drums are now recruiting and have both reserve and volunteer positions for both pipers and drummers. Experience is an asset but not necessary.

What we offer:

a)     Paid to play; *

b)    No instrument to purchase;

c)     No band fees;

d)    Free uniforms;

e)     Travel;

f)      Top notch instruction;

g)    Team work; and

h)    Friendship.

*Note: The band has several Canadian Forces reserve positions. Members who enrol into a Canadian Forces Air Reserves are paid to be in the band.
